The B5 Audi S4 2.7 proved to be a winning platform for Boris Jovanovic and Solo Motorsports on Sunday, September 13th, 2013. The car was built in the same year as the WannaGOFAST \u00bd mile drag race in Georgia, completing the competition with a best run of 162.65 MPH. \u201cSmurf\u201d, as the Audi is commonly known, has a helping of the best tuning upgrades that Solo Motorsports offers, and produces an insane 780 AWHP.<\/span><\/p>\n

WannaGOFAST hosts drag races in a few different locations every year in the U.S., and each race has a number of classes that each car can compete in. Ranging from four door to forced induction, all cars are welcome to partake in this event.<\/span><\/p>\n

The 2002 Audi S4 competed at Prestigious Heaven\u2019s Landing Airport in Clayton, GA. The incredible private 5069 Ft. runway in the mountains come to life during the weekend with 135 pre-registered cars per day.<\/span><\/p>\n

WannaGOFASTs purpose is to safely show off your car\u2019s power and drag race other enthusiasts. This is where Solo Motorsport brings their finest creations for battle.<\/span><\/p>\n

Of the 157 total participants we saw on September 13th, the Solo Motorsports tuned B5 Audi S4 2.7 won the top honor for four-door vehicles. The S4 powered through 10 total runs that day, with an average speed of 149.83 MPH. Truly a testament to Solo Motorsports upgrading and tuning abilities.<\/span><\/p>\n

Leading up to one of the cars first races, the famous 1991 E30 was prepped for the \u00bd Mile WannaGOFAST drag race by being fit with a larger turbocharger and AEM standalone. In 2015 at a previous drag race, the car achieved a staggering 166 MPH in its top run on a low boost setting (22 psi).<\/span><\/p>\n

On Saturday September 17, 2016, the Prestigious Heaven\u2019s landing strip came to life again with 5069 ft of pavement for pure octane which echoed through the mountains. The engine-swapped monster lined up seven total times and won fastest 4-door with a best run of 159.57 MPH. This 1991 BMW E30 proves that Solo Motorsports can pull serious numbers out of any package. This event featured a total of 210 total participants; WannaGOFAST seems to get better and better every year.<\/span><\/p>\n

Things were a bit quieter the following day, Sunday the 18th of September, 2016. With a total of 142 participants and an average of just one run per car, the Solo Motorsport tuned 2012 E63 AMG wagon was able to turn out a top speed of 144.23 MPH and became the fastest 4 door there that day. The hills of Georgia around the Prestigious Heaven\u2019s Landing Airport were a bit quieter that day. But even so, Solo Motorsport\u2019s E63 AMG rocketed down the 5069 ft runway to take a victory.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
